We believe in transparent pay, so you’ll find salary ranges and bonuses listed in our job descriptions. You’ll also receive an additional 8% holiday allowance, paid in May if working in the Netherlands or Germany. For your retirement, you can choose between our saving for old age plan, with a contribution of up to 5% of your monthly salary, or an extra 2.5% added to your monthly base pay.
