Your job

Channable has an amazing product, proven in various markets. Our primary market is the Benelux, and this will be your playing field. It's up to you, along with your team, to turn this into an even greater success. Soon enough, you'll be responsible for our clients, including major brands you encounter in every shopping street. You'll be the go-to person, the Channable expert, consistently astounding them with your excellent support and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the satisfaction of our clients and partners. 

This involves various tasks such as:

  • Regularly visiting clients and partners to gather feedback and enhance our tool and service;
  • Engaging in strategic discussions with clients in your portfolio to collaboratively develop the best online marketing strategy;
  • Conducting training sessions at our office and with our clients and partners;
  • Exploring opportunities for upselling – there's still much to gain!;
  • Collaborating with our marketer to seize opportunities for blogs, webinars with clients, and the publication of success stories.

Your challenges

In a nutshell: you'll get the chance to build up your network and talk to both owners of small webshops, marketers of famous international brands and digital marketing agencies. You'll help them using our solution successfully, so you'll be their trusted and unmissable advisor. 

Furthermore, you will:

  • Own the complete lifecycle - you ensure customers are satisfied and become Channable ambassadors by providing a mind-blowing onboarding, demonstrating the tool and its newest features and train our partners and customers to increase engagement;
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders. You’ll gather their feedback to make our solution and service even better;
  • You'll regularly meet with clients and partners via phone or Google Meet and in person occasionally. A few times per year you’ll attend external exhibitions and fairs to build up your network and increase our visibility;
  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with key decision-makers and develop upsell opportunities fitting their needs and goals;
  • Build your network to identify opportunities for blog posts, success stories, and webinars with both partners and customers and collaborate with the marketing department.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management;
  • Experience in the fields of SaaS or eCommerce is required. Furthermore, a background in Marketing or Agency is preferred.
  • You have an interest in online marketing and eCommerce;
  • You are social, persuasive, and energetic;
  • You have at least a completed HBO education - for example in the direction of commercial economics, (international) business, marketing or hospitality;
  • You have excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level proficiency), with a good command of English.

Other requirements

  • You are living in Utrecht, or at least travel distance to our Utrecht office;

  • You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week;

  • You are available to travel and visit clients;

  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days).

Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that offers a fully integrated way to market your products online. We empower marketers and online businesses to manage, scale, and optimize their marketing.

What do we offer?

  • The salary range based on 40 hours is between gross €3.400 - €3.600 (80%) per month within a clear career & salary structure 💸💸

  • Your OTE consists of 80% gross salary according to the indicated level and 20% commission.

Example: If the gross salary per month is €3.400 (80%), then the bonus is gross €2.550 per quarter. The total package (OTE = On target earnings) is gross €12.750 per quarter.

We also offer a one-time annual bonus of a gross €1.500 if the yearly target is completed.

  • Extra 8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid on June 1st.
