Channable is expanding its reach in the United States and is hiring to support the demand in the market. 👑 As our third Technical Customer Support employee based in NYC🗽, you will play an important role in our expansion. Customer Support is one of Channable’s unique selling points, and you'll contribute to making it even better for our US customers. Being the central point of knowledge for our colleagues and customers makes you a crucial member of our team of nine, presenting an excellent opportunity! 💜🌟


Your job

Channable is a global leader in Multi-Channel Retail Management. We help businesses and agencies optimize and streamline their product data across over 2500 channels by providing them with an easy-to-use, intuitive platform backed by best-in-class support.

An ideal role for an individual looking to bring agency or eCommerce experience into a SaaS business in growth mode, the technical support specialist is on the front line of Channable’s US business.


Our technical support specialists work closely with existing and potential Channable customers to help them drive growth and efficiency across their eCommerce businesses (Google, Amazon, eBay, and hundreds more) by utilizing our best-in-class technology.


Channable integrates with the world’s most well-known platforms and webshops such as Shopify, so knowledge of the digital commerce ecosystem is required to provide our customers with industry-leading guidance and support.

Who are you?

You love a good puzzle and see connections in the blink of an eye. Next to that, you have good social skills and you know how to adapt your tone and language to the same level of the customer. In our team, we place a very high importance on working together so we are looking for a team player that loves to help both customers and colleagues. A company is more than just a workplace for you, you want to have a great time with the team and make a difference within the department. Some practical things we expect from you:


  • A self-starter with a history of working in a fast-paced environment - we are a growing team at Channable US;

  • Have knowledge of the eCommerce industry either through your time at an agency, a retailer, or even running your own eCommerce business;

  • Quickly grasp and learn new technologies and processes - you will need to quickly become an expert in Channable’s technology;

  • Have the ability to troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions quickly, documenting what you did to share with the rest of the team for key learnings;

  • Enjoy speaking with agencies and retailers on a daily basis - this is not an email-only role.


Other requirements
  • You are living in NYC, or at least travel distance to our NYC office (Tri-state area);

  • You are willing to come to our NYC office min. 2 days/week;

  • You have US citizenship or a valid work permit;

  • You are available for 40 hours per week (5 days);

  • Ability to travel to Utrecht in the Netherlands for 2 weeks during onboarding.


Your journey at Channable

As the hub of all tool knowledge, we believe that your training and onboarding must be thorough. You will participate in 2 weeks of training at our Utrecht office in the Netherlands to familiarize yourself with the tool and your coworkers. Rest assured, we will take care of travel costs and your accommodation. Given our passion for building relationships, you won’t have to spend evenings and weekends alone if you enjoy having people around.🥂

  • The salary range based on 40 hours is between gross $65,000 - $75,000 on an annual basis within a clear career & salary structure; 💸💸
