Your job

Channable is an online tool with which webshop owners can easily sell their products on websites like, Amazon, Ebay, and Marktplaats. At this point, Channable offers more than 2500 price comparison websites, affiliate networks, and marketplaces to choose from.

Our customers come to us with questions through email or phone that you will be responsible for answering. The questions can vary a lot depending on our diverse client base (From big brands and agencies to private web owners).

Next to this, you will keep an eye on any opportunity to make the setup of the customer more efficient for them. You will talk to both technical and non-technical people which means you will have to be able to adapt your communication style to the knowledge level of the customer.

Do you not have any idea what feeds, APIs and Google Ads are? Not to worry, we understand that you won’t know our tool yet. You will start out with an extensive training in the first few weeks to get to know our tool inside and out.

Your challenges

  • The opportunity we offer isn’t just your regular customer support job. You’ll become an expert in Channable and the center of knowledge of the company;

  • The problems our clients face are often complex, which means solving them becomes a puzzle;

  • Next to your regular tasks, you can take on more responsibilities, such as updating our help center, training our new employees or becoming a specialist in a specific part of the tool;

  • We love optimizing our internal processes here at Channable. Together with your colleagues, you’ll get the opportunity to improve the way we work and help our customers. You can play an important role in realizing more growth;

  • Last but definitely not least, you will learn a lot about eCommerce.

Who are you?

You love a good puzzle and see connections in the blink of an eye. Next to that, you have good social skills and you know how to adapt your tone and language to the same level of the customer. In our team, we place a very high importance on working together so we are looking for a team player that loves to help both customers and colleagues. A company is more than just a workplace for you, you want to have a great time with the team and make a difference within the department. Some practical things we expect from you:

  • You speak the Dutch language on a C2 (Native Proficiency) level;

  • Since English is our internal language, you are comfortable communicating in English as well;

  • You’re available for at least 4 days a week (32 hours);

  • You live in (or close to) Utrecht, or are willing to move;

  • Any earlier experience with technical support, preferably in IT or E-commerce is nice to have.

Many of our current colleagues have just finished or are completing their part-time studies. This makes it a great job in a starter position where you will learn a lot about E-commerce and IT. If you grow quickly you’re able to get more responsibilities within the department which makes an already diverse job even more rewarding and interesting.
