Your job

The Customer Success department consists of 18 professionals, including 3 Team Leads and the Head of Customer Success. We need a new Team Lead for the Benelux market who will be leading 5 Customer Success professionals. Channable has an amazing product, proven in various markets. Our primary market is the Benelux, which portfolio makes a big impact on the total revenue of the Company. Your Customer Success Managers both work with advertisers directly as with agencies that are our partners. This will be your playing field! It's up to you, along with your team, to turn this into an even greater success. The team works hybrid from the Utrecht Office.


Your challenges

As the Customer Success Benelux Team Lead, you will ensure your team hits the Net Revenue Retention targets. You do this by:

  • Leading the Customer Success team and creating a high-performing and happy team by hiring, coaching, assessing, growing, offboarding, facilitating team meetings & 1:1s, and improving internal structure & processes

  • Reporting & forecasting: ensure your team and leadership have a good perspective on 1) current results, 2) outlook and 3) priorities

  • Stepping into important and/or critical customer meetings, deals & situations. Building up a relationship & partnership with our customers on a business owner level.

  • Evangelizing the customer success philosophy within Channable and making sure market insights and customer feedback are shared internally

  • Optimizing customer life cycle and Customer Success Management (CSM) processes, participating in company-wide OKRs.


Who are you?

First and foremost, you have 3 to 5 years of experience managing people and enjoying helping others develop in their roles. Preferably in Success Customer Success or a similar field. Besides this, you:

  • Enjoy working in a Saas scale-up environment in which you strive for team success above individual achievement;

  • Have experience in leading hiring processes and can identify talents;

  • Are an empathetic leader with a positive attitude, having a good understanding of what your team needs;

  • Are flexible, patient, creative, and open-minded when it comes to scaling and shaping our Customer Success proposition;

  • Are comfortable with commercial targets, collaborating with Sales, and able to handle multiple stakeholders;

  • Have proficiency in English and C1 level Dutch (C2 level preferred).

Practical requirements
  • You are willing to come to our Utrecht office min. 2 days/week;

  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week.

What do we offer?

Financial benefits

  • The salary range based on 40 hours including the bonus is €5,316 - €8,180 per month. The base salary range based on 40 hours is between gross €4.253 - €6.544 per month, excluding 8% vacation allowance. You can see a break-down of the bonuses below.

  • On top of your base salary we offer a quarterly commission, which can run up to an additional 25% salary.

  • Annual bonus of a gross €1.500 if the yearly target is completed.

  • Saving for old age - yes, we provide you 5% of your monthly base salary. If you prefer to spend it otherwise, you'll get 2.5% extra salary;

  • 26 vacation days + 2 reload days based on 40 hours;

  • Hybrid and flexible working. We work at least 2 days from the office, the other days are flexible. You can also work from abroad for 3 weeks a year. You can start your day anytime between 08:00 and 10:00. Home office supplies will be provided, together with an additional budget.
