The Customer Education team is a new subteam within Channable’s Growth team (Operations), which will be in charge of the educational content creation and experience for both customers and Channable employees.


So far, resources from different departments have been required, coordinated by our knowledge specialist. Now we’ll have a dedicated team with our own resources to further scale and be a growth engine for the business. As the Customer Education team lead, you’ll directly report to Michel Rasing, Head of Growth. 🍀


Your challenges

  • Lead the Customer Education team, which will design and develop accessible, understandable, and relevant educational materials;

  • Build and shape the future of Channable’s customer education, by developing a long-term vision and strategy aligned with company goals and strategies;

  • Empower customers to understand the product value across all phases of their journey via our knowledge base and online academy;

  • Driving knowledge, retention and product adoption;

  • Evaluate performance by tracking and measuring the impact of education materials, using feedback and metrics;

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product development, customer success, support, marketing, and sales to identify educational needs, gather feedback, and align training initiatives.


Who are you?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience at a SaaS company, preferably in customer education/onboarding or marketing;

  • Experience in leading a team is preferred, with the ability to inspire and lead;

  • You are a self-starter with the ability to think strategically and execute at a high-level;

  • You are social, curious, adaptive, persuasive and energetic;

  • You are able to communicate effectively with customers, cross-functional teams and other stakeholders;

  • You have excellent written and verbal English skills;

  • You are able to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions regarding training and educational content;

  • Other skills and interests:
    • Online marketing & eCommerce

    • Instructional design

    • Planning & time management

    • Storytelling

    • Video editing

    • SEO


Other requirements

  • You are living in Utrecht, or at least travel distance to our Utrecht office;

  • You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week;

  • You have EU citizenship or a valid work permit;

  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days).
