Job description
We're looking for a new colleague to join Leonie creating a team of two Revenue Operations Specialists. In this position, you’re going to realize predictable revenue growth across marketing, sales and customer success by fueling the teams with insights, forecasting, & strategic advice, by optimizing the tech stack and by improving processes.
Your job
CRM Management & Optimization
Establish a single source of truth for customer data, maintaining data accuracy&integrity, ensuring property hygiene and data enrichment within HubSpot and identifying areas for improvementRevenue Reporting and Analysis
Build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights into revenue performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency across marketing, sales and customer success. Work with leadership to provide forecasting insights, ensuring revenue projections align with current pipeline health and historical data trends.
Strategic Partnership & Advisory
Act as a strategic partner for sales, marketing, and customer success leadership by providing data-driven insights and advice to inform decision-making and offer recommendations on growth strategies, sales strategies, customer retention, and operational improvements to maximize revenue generation.Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Act as a key point of contact between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, processes, and data. Lead regular check-ins with department heads and executives to ensure revenue operations strategies are executed effectively to maximize revenue generation.Data and Revenue Process Management
Develop, implement and document core processes, workflows, playbooks & automation that ensure effective day-to-day operations across the commercial teams and ensure best practices in revenue operations.Enablement, Training and Support
Support Marketing, Sales, and Success colleagues with issue/error resolution, process enablement, and system training. Create and maintain documentation to facilitate self-service for team members.Technology management - Integration & Optimization
Oversee the integration of HubSpot with other revenue-focused tools (e.g., email platforms, e-signature software, customer success tools, etc.) to ensure a unified system. Drive better utilization and integration of HubSpot, and other tools, ensuring seamless workflows, data accuracy, maintenance, access management and minimal inefficiencies. Assist in integrating HubSpot with other tools, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Basic understanding of commercial processes and revenue generation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Technical skills: Experience with HubSpot CRM configuration and reporting features, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, pivot tables, and data analysis
Curious, proactive, loves solving complex problems and excited to help others and share the success
Some practical things we expect from you:
You’re available for at least 4 days a week (32 hours);
You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week;
You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship;
You live in (or close to) Utrecht, or are willing to move.

What do we offer?
The base salary is gross between €3.100 and €3.580 per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience
8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary
Company bonus - up to 10% of your annual salary, determined yearly by our founders based on financial planning and targets.
Annual L&D budget of € 1000 to spend on anything you want to learn. You can take full advantage of this to grow professionally
