The role
This is a high-impact, strategic individual contributor position where you will own the market success and adoption of one product domain within the Channable platform. We are looking for an expert who can operate as the voice of the market, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you define the messaging, positioning, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy that fuels product adoption and usage. You will be the crucial liaison between the Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams, responsible for ensuring every launch and feature is underpinned by deep market insight, clear positioning, and impactful commercial enablement. Your direct contribution will be measured by product adoption, usage, and revenue impact for your owned modules.
Purpose of this job
To act as the strategic expert and voice of the market for a specific product domain, driving the end-to-end GTM process, and ensuring the adoption and commercial success of features and modules by translating technical capabilities into compelling, differentiated customer value.
The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for:
Owning the GTM plan and execution for a core set of products or features.
Defining compelling messaging and positioning to simplify complex concepts and differentiate Channable globally.
Providing customer and market intelligence to influence the product roadmap.
Enabling Sales and Customer Success with the materials and knowledge required to effectively sell and drive adoption of your owned product area.
Owning a strategic overlay across product modules, such as 'agency enablement'.

Main Responsibilities
Global Product Marketing Strategy & Messaging
Messaging and Positioning: Develop and own the compelling messaging and positioning for your assigned product domain, ensuring it differentiates Channable in the market and clearly communicates value to a global audience.
GTM Excellence: Define and execute the full GTM plan for new products, features, and strategic initiatives within your domain, owning the narrative from launch to adoption.
Value Storytelling: Translate technical product features into compelling value propositions for the client, which amplifies Channable’s vision based on market analytics and client insights.
Strategic Collaboration & Insights
Roadmap Influence: Serve as the market and customer voice at the product strategy table, influencing roadmap prioritization through deep customer insights and competitive intelligence.
Product Partnership: Partner with Product Leads and Product Managers to ensure strategic alignment between product development and market needs for your specific domain.
Analytics & Reporting: Build and scale product marketing analytics and reporting frameworks to track awareness, adoption, and customer engagement for your owned product area. Use this data to inform strategic decisions and optimize GTM effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Enablement & Execution
Sales & CS Enablement: Act as an enabler by creating strategic enablement content for Sales and Customer Success, including pitch decks, demos, battlecards, and product training.
Market Research: Drive ongoing competitive analysis, market research, and customer intelligence to ensure our positioning is current and effective.
Execution Excellence: Ensure seamless cross-functional execution and measurable results across all GTM activities for your domain.

Role Specific Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketing technology space.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the e-commerce and online marketing ecosystems.
Strategic & Analytical: Proven ability to influence roadmap decisions and shape GTM strategy. Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI definition, reporting, and insights-driven strategy.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, benefit-driven narratives for diverse audiences.
Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships.
Other Requirements
You are living in Utrecht, or at least within travel distance to our Utrecht office.
You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week.
You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days).
You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.

The base salary is gross between €3.515 and €5.407 per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience.
Company-wide bonus 💰 up to 10% of your annual salary, determined annually by our founders based on financial planning and objectives.
8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary.
