Job description
Due to an increase in demand, our office team has become quite busy, leading to some delays in kitchen cleanup and other office tasks, particularly during the busy lunch period. We are therefore seeking a dedicated Hospitality Officer to help us keep things running smoothly. This is a part-time position with a 20-hour-per-week.
The primary responsibility is to work alongside our chef team, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

You’ll be joining the Office team, a group of five colleagues that includes Susan, Kate, Kwadwo, Shaun, and Michael. We’re excited to welcome you to our team!
Primarily, you make sure our chefs can work in a clean and organized kitchen to prepare lunch. 🍴
To be more precise, you'll
help with serving lunch.
help with cleaning after lunch.
assist the team where needed around the office, or kitchen.

Our company's language is English, so you should feel comfortable communicating with colleagues in English.
Other requirements
You are living in Utrecht, or at least travel distance to our Utrecht office.
You have EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
You are willing to come to our Utrecht office 4 days/week (20 hours per week).
Working days: From Monday till Thursday (Fridays off)
Working hours: Every day from 10:00am to 3:30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).

What do we offer?
The base salary is gross between €2.500 and €2.600 per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience.
8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary.
Company-wide bonus 💰up to 10% of your annual salary, determined yearly by our founders based on financial planning and targets.
