The DACH market is our focus market with significant opportunity for Channable. As a result of our strong growth and increased focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients in this region, we’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to hop onboard and join our Customer Success Team (Maik and Sigrid)! ✨ This is an individual contributor role, and you’ll report to Helen.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth - directly fueling the success of our DACH clients, driving expansion in this market, and contributing meaningfully to Channable's overall vision.
You'll be the proactive expert for your client portfolio, playing a vital role in ensuring they maximize Channable's capabilities to reach their business objectives.
Your job
Portfolio & client management: customer retention, identifying risk, preventing churn, realizing upsell & expansion; including pipeline creation & forecasting;
Performing kick off meetings, strategic impact reviews, check-ins, demos, and commercially lead meetings. Working strategically with our partners online and onsite;
Realizing success plans with outcome driven and goal focused metrics, both with agency partners (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and advertisers;
Enablement: conducting scalable trainings with larger advertisers and agency partners; at our office, abroad (in the market), and online;
Voice of the customer: capture valuable client insights & feedback and deliver this to product, development, and commercial teams;
Product advocacy: collaborating with our marketing department and clients to seize opportunities for webinars with clients, and the publication of success stories;
Performing client empowering and insightful activities, e.g. product roundtables, webinars, partner days, training days, trade shows & events;
Optimizing customer life cycle and Customer Success Management processes
In a nutshell: you'll get the chance to build up your network and talk to both owners of small webshops, marketers of famous international brands, and digital marketing agencies. You'll strategically enable our clients to use our solution successfully, so you'll be their trusted and unmissable advisor and grow their business with Channable.
Job requirements
Who are you?
You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnership Management, or Relationship Management.
Experience in the fields of SaaS and/or eCommerce is required. Furthermore, a background in Marketing or Agency is preferred.
You have an interest in online marketing and eCommerce.
You are social, persuasive, and energetic.
You have strong presentation skills and are excited to lead value-driven meetings with our Channable users.
You have at least a completed HBO education - for example in the direction of commercial economics, (international) business, marketing or hospitality.
You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
Some practical things we expect from you:
You are living in The Netherlands with travel distance from our Utrecht office.
You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week, preferably more.
You are available to travel and visit clients & events at least once per quarter in Germany.
You have a valid work permit for The Netherlands or EU citizenship.
You are available for at least 32 hours per week.

Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that offers a fully integrated way to market your products online. We empower marketers and online businesses to manage, scale, and optimize their marketing.
What do we offer?
Salary: Total OTE (100%) is between €3,776 and €4,706 gross per month based on 40 hours.
OTE (On Target Earnings) consists of 80% gross base salary and 20% commission.
Base salary: The base salary is gross between €3,210 and €4,000 (80%) per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience.
Bonus: 20% performance bonus is gross between €566 and €706 (20%) per month based on a 40-hour workweek.
8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary.
Annual L&D budget of € 1000 to spend on anything you want to learn. You can take full advantage of this to grow professionally.
Saving for old age - we have a saving scheme for old age which can accrue up to 5% of your monthly salary.
Traveling to our office? No problem, we got you covered. (NS Business Card, or €0,23 per km if you decide to use a different means of transport) 🚆
Our beautiful, fully renovated historic office in central Utrecht offers a hybrid working policy, requiring just two days in the office per week.
Since you can work from home, we will provide home office supplies. 🖥️⌨️
26 vacation days + 2 reload days based on 40 hours.
