Job description
As a Dutch company from Utrecht, we are known as thé solution for marketing experts of online stores and agencies. Our customer base in the Benelux is 6000+ that we help to advertise their product data in the right form and on the right channels. With a daily influx of more than 10 new registrations to our platform, we are looking for you to further strengthen our market position. In addition, the growth in the Benelux region forms the basis for our further international growth ambitions to which you can contribute.
Your job
In the first month you’ll know:
that the caller is faster, and you get to know our customers best by speaking to them daily
the most common pain points of our target group
which customers are a good fit for us, and which ones are not
In the first quarter you’ll:
fully independently seize all opportunities to give demos because you know the pain points of our target group and our platform by heart
take on the entire sales cycle from outbound to inbound and be able to independently close deals
In the first year you’ll:
be in full control of your own pipeline and let it grow consistently with customers who fit our ideal profile, both outbound and inbound
able to get customers started quickly, on average within 25 working days
like your team, consistently able to achieve your target with at least 100%.
On a daily basis you will work together in a team with many years of Channable experience, 7+ Robert and 4+ Raymond, under the motivating guidance of 2+ Duco.

What you’ll bring
You will carry your own quota on a quarterly basis, in which we expect you to be able to independently pull the entire cycle of opportunities across the line. You understand how the B2B buying process is constantly subject to change and get a kick out of playing smart in that. You understand that building a personal brand is the way to make the difference to buyers, and therefore understand how important it is to work closely with marketing.
Achieving your numbers: you show ownership and are able to consistently achieve your goals. Because the Benelux is our strongest market, 100% is very feasible for you, and you get energy to score even higher
Product expertise: within three months you can blindly trust your knowledge of our platform by telling which problems we solve for our customers
Know your customer: you understand that selling is about trust. The better you know your customer's world, the easier it will be for you. That is why you like to go to events, such as the WebWinkelVakdagen, and show your ambitions to make them a resounding success
You are your own brand: you understand that customers prefer to do business with experts, and you are able to show this via social media channels, including Linkedin
Who are you?
You are starting your professional and/or commercial career, possibly in a role at another internal or external service organization.
You are not averse to rolling up your sleeves, and are constantly looking for ways to work even smarter. Because the Benelux market has a high volume, you understand that processes are the basis for your own success, and also ours.
You understand that selling is not always the best approach, but that helping customers to buy can work better by developing a vision and the right knowledge of the online marketing world.
You like to win. Acquiring a new customer is always your first priority, and we don't have to explain to you that you have to continue to develop yourself for that.
Some practical things we rely on from you
You have excellent written and spoken Dutch. You are comfortable with English (our office language) and if you speak an additional EU language that would be awesome!
You’re available for at least 4 days a week (32 -40 hours)
You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for minimum two days a week
You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship

What do we offer?
The base salary is gross between €2.854 and €3.312 per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience. 💸💸
In addition to your base salary, you will receive a performance bonus that can go up to 30% of your salary, paid out quarterly
8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary
Annual L&D budget of € 1000 to spend on anything you want to learn. You can take full advantage of this to grow professionally.
Saving for old age - we have a saving scheme for old age which can accrue up to 5% of your monthly salary
Traveling to our office? No problem, we got you covered (NS Business Card, or €0,23 per km if you decide to use a different means of transport) 🚆
