Your job

You are the core driver of Channable’s growth in your region. Alongside your team members in the French market, you are developing and closing new business opportunities with online retailers and marketing agencies. You are successful, because of your strong industry knowledge, marketing domain expertise and the special way of making the prospect uncomfortable in their current situation - without Channable. You share what you learn and grow others with your insights.


Your challenges

You are a full-cycle Account Executive driving pipeline generation and deal closing from start to finish. You understand how the buying process for B2B has changed and how this impacts you as a seller. In the era of the dark social we don’t have to tell you to build your personal brand, align with marketing and work together to attract the right people.


  • Hitting the number: Show ownership and consistency in hitting your number. Provide insightful commentary on your achievements;

  • Product expert: You showcase a deep understanding of our product & the Multichannel eCommerce space. Your prospects understand the impact on their own personal day to day as well as their organization through your unmatched storytelling;

  • Deal cycle: Your ability to connect to different stakeholders in an organization helps you drive various deal cycles and ACV ranges to success;

  • Be in market: Actively participate in trade fairs, field trips and knowledge formats. Take full ownership of connecting to the right prospects. Drive pipeline generation and target achievement;

  • Personal brand: Facilitate your own personal brand in educating your prospects and the wider social media community. Deliver value to your audience and build your own inbound stream through your authority.

Job requirements


Who are you?

  • You are in sales because you are self motivated and driven to succeed. You understand sales is playing the long term game. All the no's in your career led to you being humble and you understand that for you to win it means you need to help your prospects reach their goals;

  • You have a strong eCommerce, Marketplace or marketing agency background with a relatable network;

  • You are a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years experience closing new logos. SaaS experience is a bonus but not required;

  • You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly. You facilitate people around you to learn from in the same way that you give back to others;

  • You are a savvy user of CRM, sales enablement and other tooling which makes your job easier. You facilitate information you distill from reporting to drive your focus and number driven learnings;

  • You have an excellent written and spoken French language skill (C2 level proficiency), with a good command of English.


Other requirements

  • You are living in Utrecht, or at least travel distance to our Utrecht office;

  • You are willing to come to our Utrecht office min. 2 days/week;

  • You are available to travel to France twice a month;

  • You have EU citizenship or a valid work permit;

  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days).

Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that offers a fully integrated way to market your products online. We empower marketers and online businesses to manage, scale, and optimize their marketing.


What do we offer?

  • The salary range based on 40 hours is between gross €3.567 - €4.178 per month (70%) within a clear career & salary structure; 💸💸

  • Your OTE (On Target Earnings) consists of 70% gross base salary and 30% gross commission;

Example: If the gross salary per month is €3.000 (70%), then the bonus is gross €1.286 (30%). The OTE package is thus gross €4.286, excluding holiday allowance.

  • Extra 8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary;

  • Annual L&D budget of €1000. You can take a great advantage to #grow professionally; 📚
