Job description
Ready to shape how brands and agencies grow in the DACH eCommerce scene? ⭐ As our next Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll work at the heart of the fast-moving e-commerce and digital marketing landscape, helping agencies (performance-, social marketing, eCommerce), brands and retailers unlock new levels of performance with our tool. The DACH market is one of our top growth priorities, and you’ll play a key role in defining our go-to-market strategy, supported by a strong marketing and partnerships network.
You are a full-cycle Account Executive building pipeline and closing deals from start to finish. Alongside your team members in the German market (Alina, Tom & Lea) and reporting to your Team Lead Sales (Franca), you will be developing and securing new business opportunities with brands, online retailers, and marketing agencies. You understand the buying process for B2B and how this impacts you as a seller. In the era of the dark social we don’t have to tell you to build your personal brand, align with marketing and work together to attract the right people.
What you'll do
Go-To-Market: Execute the go-to-market plan for the DACHs, collaborating with marketing and partnerships to localize campaigns, events, and initiatives. You bring ideas to the table and actively contribute to their success.
Own Your Numbers: You'll demonstrate ownership and consistently achieve your sales goals. Given that the DACH region has a lot of potential, exceeding your quota will be very feasible, and you'll be energized to score even higher.
Become a Customer Expert: You understand that selling is built on trust. The better you know your customer's world, the more effortlessly you'll connect. That's why you'll enjoy attending industry events, or even hosting your own roundtables, partner dinners, or webinars, to expand your network within the e-commerce space.
Build a Personal Brand: You recognize that customers prefer to engage with experts. You’re eager to grow your reputation as a trusted e-commerce advisor by sharing insights on LinkedIn or at local events.
Master Product Expertise: You are intrinsically motivated to learn about the dynamics of the e-commerce industry and every update in our tool. You are self-motivated to stay up to date and seek new knowledge whenever possible. You also serve as a sparring partner for the product team to develop our tool further.

Job requirements
Who are you?
You are a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years of experience closing new logos., ideally in SaaS or in a digital marketing agency.
You have a strong eCommerce or marketing agency background with a relatable network.
You are tech savvy, a user of CRMs, sales engagement platforms, AI and other tools, which makes your job easier.
Ability to consult clients and translate their challenges into actionable strategies.
Great people skills, high curiosity, and the ability to adapt to diverse buyer personas.
Strong communicator and storyteller.
Your language skills include excellent written and spoken English and German at a C1-C2 level, and if you speak an additional EU language that would be awesome!
Some practical things we expect from you:
You are living in Berlin, or at least within travel distance to our Berlin office.
You are willing to come to our Berlin office for minimum two days a week.
You are available for at least 32 hours per week (minimum 4 days/week).
You are available to travel at least once per quarter.
You have a valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship.

Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that offers a fully integrated way to market your products online. We empower marketers and online businesses to manage, scale, and optimize their marketing.
What do we offer?
Base salary: The base salary is gross between €4.229 and €4.531 (70%) per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience.
Bonus: 30% performance bonus.
OTE (On Target Earnings) consists of 70% gross salary according to the indicated level and 30% commission.
Example: If the monthly gross salary is €4.229 (70%), the monthly bonus is €1.812 (30%), resulting in a total monthly package (OTE) of €6.041 gross
Onboarding time in Utrecht (NL): for 2-3 weeks to get to know the tool, our processes, and your colleagues. 😎 After that, you’ll get the trust and responsibility to show what you got. Your buddy will support you throughout the whole onboarding. ✌️
8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary
