Technical Training Specialist

The tool continues to evolve and so should we. We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist who can help us with accomplishing this.

It’s a new position and there is a lot to do. Organizing, creating structure & content and teaching are things you enjoy doing.

What will your role be?

In collaboration with our L&D Manager & Quality Specialist you will be responsible for improving our onboarding technical training and setting up the structure and creating the content for our ongoing technical training. Besides that you will work together with a.o. Integrations and Product to see what the latest issues and tool changes are that might require (extra) training content for our teams.

Based on all these relevant inputs & the acquired needs of our commercial teams you have all the necessary information to create the best technical training for new employees and team members from Customer Success, Sales & Support.

What will you do exactly?

Onboarding training

  • You will be responsible for organizing the Basic Product training and Advanced Product training every month for our new colleagues, together with our Knowledge specialist

  • You will give the monthly training

  • You update & improve continuously the existing presentations and assignments

  • You follow-up on new features and processes & develop associated training content

  • You come up, together with our L&D Manager & Knowledge Specialist, with new ideas how we can bring our onboarding training to the next level

  • You manage the training team (project team) and together with them work on accomplishing the tasks that are mentioned above.

Ongoing training

  • You define, create, structurize, update and provide the ongoing technical training
    • As input you will collect the needs of our commercial teams and use the acquired information from our Quality specialist about our Support data (customers questions)

  • You follow-up on new features and processes & develop associated training content

  • You create training content in various formats (Presentations, webinars, Northpass courses, etc.)

  • You come up, together with our L&D Manager & Knowledge Specialist, with new ideas how we can bring our ongoing training to the next level

  • You follow-up on the knowledge acquisition and update the commercial team leads about the progress of the ongoing training

Who are you?
You have a strong work ethic, are result- and solution oriented and know how to roll up your sleeves. In addition, you feel comfortable with setting your own deadlines, since a big part of the function must be set up from scratch. Excellent communication skills are important since you will be teaching people everything there is about our tool.

More practically we are looking for someone who:

  • has 1-3 year experience with training people (in various forms possible)

  • has a high standard of quality

  • has good organization and time management skills

  • is available for at least 32 hours a week

  • speaks and writes English fluently

  3. Interview with George (Quality Specialist), with Judit (Recruitment) and with Stephanie (Head of Support): between 7th - 10th June

  4. Start date: July 1st
