You’ll work on all kinds of vacancies within our development department; software engineers, product owners, and more! In this position, you'll mostly focus on hiring Python Developers.

We are the market leader in the Benelux and are now conquering the rest of the world, with teams for the US, DACH, Nordics, UK, Iberia, France, and Italy. Job description

What will your role be?

You will recruit new colleagues for our quickly growing development team. At this moment, we are focussing on hiring Python developers to boost the team. How? You are the expert in the market! But of course, you can use our channels like StackOverflow, our tech blogs, Glassdoor and Honeypot.

Who are you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in proactive tech recruitment, but preferably more.
  • Preferably experience in recruiting Python Developers.
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Live in the Netherlands and willing to work from our HQ in Utrecht (Netherlands) at least 1 day a week.

You’ll be part of the HR team. Currently, we all do recruitment for dedicated departments. But because of our rapid growth we need you to sink your teeth in attracting new talent.


  • Hours: 16-24 hours per week
