Your job

Channable is an online tool with which webshop owners can easily sell their products on websites like Bol.com, Amazon, Ebay and Marktplaats. At this point Channable offers more than 2500 price comparison websites, affiliate networks, and marketplaces to choose from.


As the Team Lead for Technical Account Managers, your primary focus will be our SLA customers, ensuring their implementation is successful but also support the Customer Success and Sales team engage around technical solutions to our customer’s business challenges.

Your challenges

In a nutshell: 

This role involves being more inclined towards People management, where you would raise structural challenges your team encounters to improve the overall experience of our customer. You prefer to work closely with teams and individuals to foster effective collaboration and growth. 

As the incumbent, you will be responsible for Process and Change management, entailing the creation and implementation of streamlined processes within the department and ensuring effective communication across the organization. 

The position demands exceptional Strategic communication skills, as you will need to interact with other Heads of Departments and feel at ease communicating with high-level team lead management, focusing on leadership and teamwork rather than technical e-commerce knowledge.


Furthermore, you will:

  • Ensure this new team is properly launched within Channable with clear communication of roles and responsibilities;

  • Review and set up processes that promote cross team collaboration while keeping the customer at the center of things;

  • Manage the team of Technical Account managers (TAM) , 3FTE’s;

  • Support the commercial teams in removing technical friction during opportunity development;

  • Ensure high quality onboarding for our SLA Partners and own the optimization of this process;

  • Coordinate with the Support team around escalations but also safeguard continuous technical training for the TAM together with Support leadership.


Who are you?

You have:

  •  at least 2 to 3 years experience in a leadership position of a similar TAM function or leading an onboarding team; 

  • the ability to collaborate and align effectively with multiple departments internally;

  • analytical and process-driven traits;

  • the willingness to thrive in a Start-up / Scale-up environment, finding enjoyment in the dynamic nature of such settings.


Practical requirements

  • You are living in Utrecht, or at least travel distance to our Utrecht office;

  • You are willing to come to our Utrecht office min. 2 days/week;

  • You are available for at least 36 hours per week.
