The US is our biggest growth market and we are looking for a talented B2B marketing manager to strengthen our team on the ground.

Do you want to be our Sr. Demand Generation Manager with a SaaS background who likes to scale our businesses in the US? And having the security of a successful business that will only grow further? Then this is the role for you.

You will become a key member of the US team and will help to drive strategic growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the Demand Generation strategy and agency community to support our strategic goals. You will be part of the global marketing team, reporting to the Manager Demand Creation EMEA. To realize growth you will work together closely with team members like performance marketers, content creators, designers, and with our sales and product team.

Your challenges

  • Lead all aspects of the US marketing initiatives, including Demand Gen and Demand Capture, community building plus offline activities like events and fairs; operate as a senior leader as well as an individual contributor;

  • Drive content creation, lead generation campaigns (MQL’ S) through multilateral promotional effort (events, webinars, paid and organic social, 3th media);

  • Organize in collaboration with an agency offline and online events, such as fairs, awards, and webinars;

  • Manage the regional social media calendar, publishing, and analyzing content performance, making sure all channels are updated and users are engaging and interacting with the brand;

  • Support the localization of global content, working with local content and translations agency, making sure the final content is suitable for the local needs and SEO proof;

  • Collaborate with other departments such as CS, Sales, Product marketing to understand existing and potential customers’ needs and deliver marketing collateral that resonates with market segments agencies and advertisers;

  • Evaluate the overall marketing function and design a scalable organization structure to keep pace with expected growth; grow and manage a team that will execute the strategies that support company revenue goals;

  • Manage external agencies to provide direction and set standards for creation of tactical content to support strategic objectives;

  • Manage MQL end-to-end analytics and attribution for all lead generation while executing to key KPIs for new net revenue;

  • Create metrics to demonstrate value of marketing efforts and provide a blueprint for course correction as needed;

  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly;

  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth;

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI;

  • Collaborate effectively with the HQ Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver your goals.

Job requirements

Who are you?

You have a solid SaaS marketing experience with a "roll-up-your-sleeves'' mindset and attitude with prior experience building, scaling, and mentoring an end-to-end Marketing team across demand Gen and capturing.You take ownership of the growth in our US market by building a scalable structure. You are a leader with excellent organizational and analytical skills and love to celebrate successes together. 

In more concrete terms, you are/have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS / B2B environment;

  • Strong understanding of technology marketing (Saas/Tech product);

  • Strategic thinker, but with a hands-on attitude;

  • Experienced in content creation, not necessarily producing content, but able to come up with creative briefings, trendy insights, and creative stakeholder management;

  • Data-driven, always on top of your regional metrics and results without technical assistance;

  • Organized, highly skilled in project and people management, being able to coordinate different projects simultaneously;

  • Self-management and accountability with solid leadership skills;

  • Experience using automation and analytics tools HubSpot, Monday, Analytics).

Practical requirements

  • You live in NYC, or willing to move

  • You are flexible in your working hours.

  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
