Senior Marketing Manager US

We are looking for a talented B2B Senior Marketing Manager with a SaaS background in the MarTech space. You are a key member of the US team and will help to drive strategic growth. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy and execution that demand and produce lead generation, brand building, and partner marketing programs to support our strategic goals. You will be part of the country marketing team, reporting to the Team Lead Country Marketing. To realize growth you will work together closely with teammates like digital marketers, content creators, designers, and with our sales and product teams.
In partnership with US and Marketing leadership, redefine the US go-to-market strategy;
Set regional marketing strategy appropriate to strategic company goals and objectives;
Drive lead generation campaigns (MQLs) through multilateral promotional efforts (events, webinars, paid and organic social, 3rd media);
Agency Liaison: serve as the key connection to external agency partners providing consultation across growth marketing, persona development and content development;
Content creation: you will develop and release white papers, ebooks, industry reports, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, expert interviews, media briefs, website pages & email sequences;
Organize offline and online events, such as fairs, awards, and webinars;
Manage the regional social media calendar, publishing, and analyzing content performance, making sure all channels are updated and users are engaging and interacting with the brand;
Setup Channable’s profile in the most relevant review sites, assuring a consistent brand presentation and good quality reviews;
Support the localization of global content, working with local translations agency, making sure the final content is suitable for the local needs and SEO proof;
Results reporting based on brand awareness and qualified marketing leads. Set up metrics, tracks results (using tools such as Google Analytics and Hubspot), and create insights to optimize and learn from campaigns and marketing activations
Provide analytical data, regular reporting, clear insights, and key learnings that drive decision-making against product roadmaps, art direction, and messaging strategies;
Develop and manage marketing budgets, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI;
Work closely with the Brand, Growth, and Product marketing teams, and manage external agencies and freelancers, demonstrating leadership by example in ways that express the Channable values within and outside marketing operations.
Who are you?
You have solid SaaS marketing experience (ideally within the MarTech space) and a proven ability to make an immediate impact in a high-growth friendly environment. You take ownership of the growth in our US market. As a strong connector, you know how to inspire your team with market knowledge and creative ideas. Combined with your excellent organizational and analytical skills you're able to execute and love to celebrate successes together.
In more concrete terms, you are/have:
5 years of experience in SaaS / B2B environment;
Strong understanding of technology marketing (Saas/Tech product);
Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. e.g. in communication, marketing, or brand management;
Strategic thinker, but with a hands-on attitude;
Experienced in content creation, not necessarily producing content, but able to come up with creative briefings, trendy insights, and creative stakeholder management;
Data-driven, always on top of your regional metrics and results without technical assistance;
Organized, highly skilled in project and people management, being able to coordinate different projects simultaneously;
Self-management and accountability with solid leadership skills;
Experience using automation and analytics tools HubSpot, Monday.com, Google Analytics);
You live within the NYC metropolitan area and, or are willing to move;
You are available for in-person work at a convenient midtown Manhattan office at a minimum of two days/week.
