We are a young and fast-growing start-up from Utrecht focusing on the e-commerce and online marketing sectors. Channable was founded 6 years ago and developed into a company with an international team of over 100 young professionals. Job description

What will your role be?

In this position, you will be responsible for maximizing the impact of the Channable roadmap. You'll be working closely with our teams and our customers to gather ideas on improvements or new features that can be added to our product. Next to that, you will guide a project from idea to a project plan on the roadmap. This role will give you the opportunity to develop a strategy for core projects at Channable and get feedback on your plans directly from Channable's management team.

At Channable, this product owner role is an extremely collaborative effort between our sales, support, marketing and development teams. You will be joining the product team that has a track record of delivering new products and features that are used by thousands of clients and that process billions of data points every day.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborating with our teams and customers to gather ideas for new features or improvements to our product.
  • Assessing the specific impact of a new feature or improvement.
  • Seeing projects through from an idea to a released feature.
  • Assessing the business case for a new feature or improvement.
  • Signalling opportunities that could deliver large value to our roadmap.
  • Working with Channable's management team to deliver a roadmap with maximal impact.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with product ownership.
  • Ability to work with technical documentation (for example for APIs).
  • You like working with colleagues and customers to find "the problem behind the problem".
  • With your proactive and positive attitude, you will bring even more energy into the product team.
  • You understand and speak English well enough to communicate with your colleagues.
  • You can work out the business case for a specific feature and clearly communicate its value to others

Practical requirements

  • You have EU citizenship or a work permit for the Netherlands.
  • Already living in The Netherlands is an advantage.
  • Available for at least 4 days a week, preferably full-time.
