In 7 years the Dutch startup has rapidly grown into a company with an international team of over 190 young professionals. While we still have a scale-up vibe, working at Channable also means being part of a professional company. We are the market leader in Benelux and are now conquering the rest of the world, with teams for the US, DACH, Nordics, UK, Iberia, France, and Italy, mostly based in our office in Utrecht but also from our offices in Germany, Spain and New York.  

We are expanding our product marketing team and are looking for our product marketer to globally position, launch and drive adoption of Channable’s (new) products and features.

Job requirements

What will your role be?

After your onboarding, you will be working with one or more of our product teams on a particular product-segment. You will provide key market insights, competitor analysis and customer feedback that brings direction and prioritization to our product strategy and feature development.

During and after the development, you will set up and own the global positioning, messaging, narrative design and the end-to-end GTM process. For the latter, you will plan launch- and activation campaigns by closely collaborating between our content, design, online and country marketing teams, occasionally also with outside agencies.

Lastly, you will enable, train and educate our sales- and customer success teams on new features, and products and assist them with information (USP, Ideal Customer Profile, selling propositions …), marketing assets and pitch materials.

  • Assist and inform our product- and growth teams with relevant market research, competitive intelligence and customer insights for the development, pricing and packaging of new products and features.
  • The development of product positioning, messaging and narrative design based on frameworks such as Jobs-to-be-done

  • The creation of value propositions, USPs, competitive advantages and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for our different market segments. Present this information in our internal wiki, easy to understand presentations and briefs for our marketing, sales and CS teams.

  • Planning of Go To Market strategies and launch campaigns from target setting, planning, implementation, reporting and retrospective.

  • Train and educate our marketing- and commercial teams on product releases and selling strategies

  • Briefing our content- and design teams to develop appropriate sales- and marketing assets, such as pitch presentations, one-pagers, marketing emails or landing pages to support each stage of the customer journey along the SaaS funnel for sales and customer success.

Who are you?

  • At least 3+ years of experience in (B2B) product management, product marketing or other SaaS marketing role.

  • You have experience in developing (B2B) marketing strategies;

  • You are familiar with launching and activating new products in several target markets;

  • You are experienced in briefing and aligning multiple cross-functional teams and agencies to drive and execute strategies;

  • Strong communication skills, a strategic mindset and ambition to learn and develop;

  • Deep interest in end-user behavior and tool adoption optimization.
