In 7 years the Dutch startup has rapidly grown into a company with an international team of over 150 young professionals. While we still have a scale-up vibe, working at Channable also means being part of a professional company. We are the market leader in Benelux and are now conquering the rest of the world, with teams for the US, DACH, Nordics, UK, Iberia, France, and Italy, (usually) based in our office in Utrecht. The US is our biggest growth market and we are looking for a talented B2B marketing manager to strengthen our team.

Job description

What will your role be?

We are looking for a talented B2B Senior Marketing Manager with a SaaS background. You are a key member of the US team and will help to drive strategic growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and execution that demand and produce lead generation, brand building, and partner marketing programs to support our strategic goals. You will be part of the global marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. To realize growth you will work together closely with teammates like digital marketers, content creators, designers, and with our sales and product team.

What will you do?

  • Build and launch a US go-to-market strategy;
  • Set marketing strategy appropriate to strategic company goals and objectives;
    Manage campaign execution within committed timelines and budget. Set appropriate success KPIs and track measurements using our martech stack;
  • Raise brand awareness and credibility through a well-coordinated and flawlessly executed PR strategy and plan;
  • Determine and follow lead generation performance metrics, adjusting creative budget and ad spend as needed to reach company goals and increase ROI;
  • Work closely to develop strategic partnerships and joint marketing activities with key partners;
  • Provide analytical data, regular reporting, clear insights, and key learnings that drive decision-making against product roadmaps, art direction, and messaging strategies;
  • Develop and manage marketing budget, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI.

Who are you?

You have solid SaaS marketing experience and a proven ability to make an immediate impact in a high-growth friendly environment. You take ownership of the growth in our US market. As a strong connector, you know how to inspire your team with market knowledge and creative ideas. Combined with your excellent organizational and analytical skills you're able to execute and love to celebrate successes together.

In more concrete terms, you:

  • Are an English speaker and have excellent written communication skills;
  • Are experienced with B2B marketing acquisition channels;
  • Have 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role- preferably with B2B SaaS software;
  • Have knowledge and experience in the US market. 

Practical requirements

  • You live in the Netherlands, or are willing to move;
  • You are flexible in your working hours. Due to the time difference, you will sometimes work in the evenings together with the rest of the US team;
  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
