You'll work closely together with our other IT support specialist as part of our DevOps team. In this position, you will take on a mix of helpdesk work and automation projects to guarantee smooth sailing. To be more specific, you'll:
If you've previously worked on internal helpdesks and got bored by a lack of depth and responsibility: this is the position you want. You won't just be responsible for executing predefined processes. You will also get the opportunity to improve and invent new ones.
