Your job

“We can’t live without Channable” is something you enjoy echoing in your ears? As the Head of Customer Success you are the key driver of recurring impact for our customer base consisting of agencies and retail brands across a variety of international markets. Together with your teams you are developing and implementing playbooks which add value to our customers at every stage of their lifetime. Increasing customer retention and lifetime value are your north star.

Your challenges

Your new team consists of 15 customer success professionals, among which 2 team leads. Most of the team works from the Utrecht office, and we are expanding our international teams in Europe and the US. A thrilling mix of nationalities, market requirements and experience levels awaits your energy and momentum.

  • Team management: Lead a world class customer success team. Coach and train your teams in Customer Success as a discipline, personal development, team & individual focus, and work on recurring cadences for mutual accountability

  • Retention and growth: Our customers’ success directly translates into the success of the business. Drive retention of our customer base and facilitate expansion opportunities based on clearly defined strategies and tactics.

  • Product syndication: Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores. Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer impact and feedback into actionable insights and product input

  • Commercial sparring partner: Be a sparring partner for other commercial leaders at Channable, work as a team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and teams

  • Recruiting & team development: Develop hiring strategy and capacity planning. Sign responsible for growth opportunities within your teams and your direct reports

Who are you?

  • 5+ years experience in customer success and including 2+ years displayable experience as a manager of managers;

  • Clear track record of team coaching & enablement while achieving targets;

  • Fundamental understanding of key SaaS concepts, methodologies and how they work in practice;

  • Ability to tell a story and present concepts in a clear and interesting way. Conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points, and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes;

  • Outstanding communicator and relationship builder with a diverse set of stakeholders;

  • Combined background of sales as well as post-sale experience is a pre.

Other requirements

  • You live in the Netherlands or are willing to relocate

  • You are available 4-5 days a week

  • The salary range based on 40 hours is between gross €6.200 - €9.500 within a clear career & salary structure 💸💸 Your on target earnings (OTE) consists of the mentioned gross salary at 80% and a performance related bonus of 20%.
