Customer Success Representative (native Spanish speaker)

Who are we?

Channable is a Dutch company based in Utrecht. With our online marketing tool, we have become the market leader in Benelux and are now conquering the rest of the world, with teams of native speakers for the Nordics, DACH, UK, Iberia, France and the US. We are looking to further develop our business in Spain, and for that we need you!

Channable offers a great product and has proven this in several markets. Spain is your playground, and it is not a small one. You'll be joining our sales team, which is composed of 23 internationals spread over 7 different markets. The Sales team is divided into two teams: Business Development (with focus on new business) and Customer Success (focus on managing current customers). The Iberia teamn is composed of 4 people; 2 team members are working in our office in the Netherlands, and you will work in Logroño (La Rioja), together with Judit, who is in charge of sales and marketing, and Leticia, who focuses on Business Development. You will be in charge of our current customers.

What will you do exactly?

  • Be a key part of Channable’s success by developing and maintaining client and partner relationships.
  • You will be the expert of our tool. Thanks to your knowledge of our product, you will provide high level support to big clients, in collaboration with our support team.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied and become ambassadors, by training them about (new) functional capabilities.
  • Visit existing clients & partners and gather feedback to identify possibilities for improvement.
  • Manage possible upsells.
  • Identify possibilities for blogs, success stories, and webinars with customers, and collaborate with marketing

Who are we looking for?

  • You have experience in account management or customer success (min. 1 year). Experience in the fields of e-commerce or online marketing is an advantage.
  • You have a professional attitude and a strong drive to keep your clients satisfied.
  • You like networking.
  • Spanish is your mother tongue and you know the business culture well.
  • With your proactive and positive attitude, you will bring even more energy into the team.
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage.


Practical requirements

  • You have a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree, for instance in the field of communication, business, sales or Spanish language and culture studies.
  • You live in (or close to) Logroño and you’re willing to travel through Spain regularly.
  • You are available for 4-5 days a week (preferably 5).
  • You speak English well enough to follow an intensive training in English and to communicate with your colleagues in the Netherlands.
  • You are available to start with a training of approximately 7 weeks in Utrecht, Netherlands. After that, your first half year you will handle the Support for our Spanish clients, so that you become the expert in our tool!
