Your job

Channable offers a great product and has proven this in several markets. The Benelux market is your playground, and it is not a small one. What is more, we are the market leader in the Benelux market. It offers a lot of potential but is a great challenge. It's up to the Benelux Customer Success team to decide on how to make this a success since you're the expert in the market. You'll be joining our Customer Success team and you'll be the face of Channable for the Dutch speaking regions together with our Team Lead, a  Customer Success Representative and (Sr.) Customer Success Managers for the Benelux region. Take this chance to be fully integrated into the world of e-commerce and be key in our Benelux success by developing and maintaining partner relationships.


Your challenges

In a nutshell: you'll get the chance to build up your network and talk to both owners of small webshops, and marketers of famous international brands and marketing agencies. You'll help them using our tool successfully, so you'll be their trusted and unmissable advisor. Furthermore, you will:

  • Own the complete lifecycle - you ensure customers are satisfied and become ambassadors, by providing mind-blowing onboarding and by training them about the tool and new features.

  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and other key stakeholders - you gather their feedback to make our tool and service even better and you'll visit clients & partners in person from time to time.

  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with key decision-makers and develop upsell opportunities fitting their needs and goals.

  • Build your network to identify opportunities for blog posts, success stories, and webinars with customers and collaborate with marketing.

Summarized: you'll get the chance to build up your network within the digital marketing and eCommerce industry, develop your communication skills by talking to various stakeholders like business owners of small webshops, marketeers of famous international brands and digital marketing agencies. You'll help them using our tool successfully, so you’ll be their trusted and unmissable advisor.


Who are you?

  • You have experience in customer support, customer success, account management, or sales between 0-2 years. Experience in the fields of e-commerce or digital marketing in the Benelux market is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • You have a professional attitude and a strong drive to keep your clients satisfied.

  • Building relationships and providing excellent service is your second nature. You are outgoing, well-spoken and perfectly organized.

  • You speak Dutch on a professional level (Level C1 or higher) and you are familiar with the business culture in the Benelux.

  • You also speak English on a professional level, because this is our internal language to communicate with each other

  • With your open-minded and positive attitude, we will soon see your added value to the team.


Practical requirements

  • You have a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree, preferably in the field of Economics, Business, Communication or Hospitality.

  • You are living in The Netherlands, preferably close to our HQ (Utrecht)

  • You are available for at least 36 hours per week, preferably 40h/w.
