What will your role be?

Channable offers a great product and has proven this in several markets. France is your playground, and it is not a small one. It offers a lot of potential, but is a challenge. It's up to the French team to decide on how to make this a success, since you're the expert in the market. You'll be joining our Customer Success team, and you’ll be the face of Channable in France. It’s meant literally, check out here how we do this. Take this chance to be fully integrated into the world of ecommerce and be key in our French success by developing and maintaining partner relationships.

What will you do exactly?

  • Ensure customers are satisfied and become ambassadors, by providing a mind-blowing onboarding and by training them about the tool and new features.
  • Visit existing clients & partners and gather feedback to identify possibilities for improvement.
  • Search for possible upsells, and churn management.
  • Build your network to identify possibilities for blogs, success stories, and webinars with customers, and collaborate with marketing.
  • Provide high level support to big clients, in collaboration with our support team.

Summarized; you’ll get the chance to build up your network and talk to both owners of small webshops, and marketers of famous international brands and marketing agencies. You’ll help them using our tool successfully, so you’ll be their trusted and unmissable advisor.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have experience in customer success, account management, or sales for at least 3 year. Experience in the fields of e-commerce or online marketing in France is an advantage.
  • You have a professional attitude and a strong drive to keep your clients satisfied.
  • Building relationships and providing excellent service is your second nature. You are outgoing, well-spoken and perfectly organized.
  • You speak French on native level, and you know the business culture well.
  • With your open-minded and positive attitude, we will soon see your added value to the team.

Practical requirements

  • French speaking on native level, and fluent in English.
  • You have a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree, preferably in the field of Economics, Business, Communication or Hospitality.
  • You are living in The Netherlands, or you’ll relocate soon.
  • You are available for at least 36 hours per week.
  • You have a driving license.
